Who is India Holliday?
Hi! My name is India. I am a mom (to a beautiful little human and an adorable Goldendoodle), a wife, an ER nurse, and a licensed therapist. Sometimes I juggle all the plates like a pro, and sometimes they all come crashing to the ground. I don’t always have it all together; life can get messy. But through my own personal experiences, I’ve learned the value of having someone to help you navigate life’s challenges.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the social work field, I have worked with diverse populations and in various settings (medical, psychiatric, foster care/adoption, transitional housing for the homeless). My approach is client-centered, utilizing various treatment modalities based on the client’s specific needs. One size does not fit all.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow. I recognize that we are all just doing the best we can with what we have. My goal is to provide you with the resources, tools, and insights needed to lead a fulfilling and balanced life.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, eating good food, yoga, meditation, and doing jigsaw puzzles (I have a whole collection and will totally geek out over a good puzzle…don’t judge me lol).
Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little about me, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
